Krealo Chat on your phone
The app for replying from your phone: the notification arrives, you reply from it, and the customer's cart is there too.
Why an app, and not just the website
Because a merchant isn't sitting in front of a screen. They're in the warehouse, out on a delivery, with a customer in the store. The web console works very well on a phone — it's made for it — but a closed tab doesn't ring. The app does.
What it does
- Reply from the notification. The notification arrives, you type the reply in it and send it without opening the app. That's the difference between replying in thirty seconds and replying in an hour.
- The visitor card, on the phone too. Where they're writing from, what they're looking at, what's in their cart and their previous orders. The same as on the computer, not a cut-down version.
- Whoever has waited longest, at the top. The list is sorted by waiting time and not by the last message: the person who has been waiting eight minutes goes ahead of the one who just wrote.
- Visitors who are browsing, to reach out to someone before they leave.
- Search through past conversations.
What to know
- It's the same account. You sign in with Google, as on the console, and see the same workspaces. Nothing to set up twice.
- Without notifications, it still works. If the phone refuses notifications, the app works the same: what you lose is knowing without looking.
- Being in the app counts as being there. The conversation dispatcher knows it, so you get your share from the phone just as from the computer.
What it doesn't do
The workspace settings — sites, hours, team, reports — stay on the web console. The app is for replying, not for configuring: putting thirty settings fields on a phone screen would make both worse.
To get it
It isn't published in the stores yet. In the meantime, the web console installs from the phone's browser and does almost everything the same: it goes on the home screen and receives notifications. The step-by-step for notifications is in the help.
