Krealo Chat Sign in

The chat that sees your customer's cart.

While you answer, you see what they're looking at, what's in their cart and what they've already ordered. Web, Messenger and Instagram in one inbox.

Free while we build it. No credit card.

Three things that lose you sales

You don't know who's on your site

You answer “hello” without knowing the person has been looking at a $1,400 dishwasher for eight minutes. The visitor card tells you before you type the first word.

You answer too late and the person leaves

The alert reaches your phone and you reply from the notification, without opening the app. After hours, the form keeps the contact and the customer gets the answer the next day.

You don't know whether the chat pays off

Orders placed after a conversation are linked to it. You see how much the chat sold this month, not just how many messages it received.

Your store's context, right beside the conversation

Krealo Chat connects to Shopify. While you type, you have in front of you the pages the person visited, their cart, their previous orders and their delivery status.

It's the difference between “let me check” and “your oven left yesterday, it arrives Thursday”.

Three channels, one inbox

Your site's chat, Messenger and Instagram land in the same place. Your agents don't switch apps depending on where the customer wrote from, and you don't lose a message because nobody was watching the Facebook page's inbox.

Why we left LiveChat

Krealo Media is an agency in Montréal. We used LiveChat for our clients and we built this because three things were missing: the store's context, the per-agent price, and Québec French.

What LiveChat does that we don't yet: a unified inbox for several brands and a bot builder. If that's what you need, today it's not us.

Free while we build it

The product is under construction and it's used every day by real stores. As long as it is, it's free, with no limit on conversations.

When that stops being the case, we'll give 60 days' notice and there will remain a permanent free tier for small volumes. We write it here so you can hold us to it.

What people ask before saying yes

Does it slow down my site?

The loader weighs 19 KB compressed and downloads after the rest of the page, so it doesn't add to your store's render time. We measure that number on every change and we publish it.

Where is my data?

On Google Cloud. Conversations belong to your store: you can export them and ask for their deletion whenever you want. The details are in the privacy policy, and we'd rather you read it.

How long does it take to install?

On Shopify, the time it takes to install the app: there's no code to paste. On other platforms, it's one script tag in the theme.

Does it work with my Shopify theme?

Yes. The widget draws itself inside a Shadow DOM, which means your theme's styles can't distort it and it can't distort yours. That's what breaks most often with generic chats.

What if I have nobody to answer?

After hours, the form collects a name and a contact, and the person gets the answer the next day. The assistant can also answer the questions you've given it the answer to, and hand over as soon as it's outside what it knows.

What happens when it becomes paid?

We'll give 60 days' notice and there will remain a permanent free tier for small volumes. If the price doesn't suit you, you export your conversations and you leave, with no call and no form.

Can I use it in French?

Yes. The console is in French, English and Spanish, and the widget speaks the language you choose per site. The French is Québec's.

Who are you?

Krealo Media, an agency in Montréal. We built this because we needed it for our own clients, and we use it every day before offering it to you.

Try it here

The bubble at the bottom right is Krealo Chat. It's the same widget you'd install on your site, and it's us who answer. If the product can't sell the product, it's no good.
