Krealo Chat for Messenger
Messages to your Facebook page land in the same inbox as your website chat, and the reply goes back through Messenger.
What it adds
Your agents don't switch apps depending on where the customer wrote from. A Messenger message and a website message are two conversations in the same list, with the same card, the same history and the same quick replies. The list shows "Messenger" next to the name; the reply goes out through the right channel without the agent thinking about it.
How it connects
- In Meta for Developers, an app with the Messenger product, subscribed to your page's messages.
- A page access token and the page ID.
- In the console, Integrations → Messenger: ID, token, and the chat site these conversations land in (that's where the hours and the language come from).
The step-by-step is in the help.
What to know first
- The 24-hour window. Meta refuses a reply sent more than 24 hours after the person's last message. That's not us, and there's no way around it.
- Tokens expire. Messages keep coming in, replies stop going out; the error shows up in the conversation and reconnecting is all it takes.
What it doesn't do
No posting to the page, no reading comments, no "click-to-Messenger" ads. Only the page's private messages, both ways.
