Krealo Chat for an online store
Written for the store that loses sales because nobody answers in time, or because people answer without knowing what they're talking about.
The problem, as we saw it
One of our clients — an appliance store — answered "hello" without knowing the person had been looking at a $1,400 dishwasher for eight minutes. They had to ask for the email, open Shopify in another tab, find the order, come back. Three minutes every time, while the customer waited. Many didn't wait.
What changes with the chat that sees the cart
- Before the first word, the agent sees the page, the cart and previous orders. "Your oven shipped yesterday, it arrives Thursday" instead of "let me check".
- After hours, the form keeps the contact and the bot answers what it knows; nobody is left facing an empty bubble at 11 p.m.
- On the phone, the notification arrives and you reply from it, without opening the app. The list is sorted by who has waited longest, not by who wrote last.
- The report says what it brings in: orders placed after a conversation, amount, time to first reply. Not just the number of messages.
What it takes
On Shopify, install the app and turn on the app embed: ten minutes, no code. On WooCommerce or another site, a plugin or a tag, and the cart isn't read yet — it's written here so you don't find out afterwards.
What it costs
$9.99 per agent per month, or $29.99 with the assistant, in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Seven-day trial, no card. Stores that came in while we were building keep their 60 days' notice and the permanent free tier for small volumes. The details are on the home page.
To try it
The bubble at the bottom right of this page is the product, and we're the ones answering. Write "I sell appliances" and we'll show you.
