Service status

Measured live every time this page loads. Nobody updates it by hand: a status page someone refreshes when they think of it shows "All good" for the whole outage, which is exactly when people look at it.

What this page doesn't measure

It measures whether our server responds and whether it can read the database. It doesn't measure whether the bubble shows up on your store — that depends on your domain, your theme and your visitor's network — or whether someone on your team is there answering.

A green page with the chat missing from the store is worse than no page at all, so we might as well say it here.
