What happens

The chat switches off on your sites and stops counting. Nothing is deleted: your conversations, visitors and settings stay as they are, with no time limit. Reopening the workspace gives you everything back intact. We made that choice because a button that erases eight months of conversations with no way back is a button you end up regretting.

If you want everything erased

Write to ken@krealomedia.com from the owner's email. Full erasure is done within 30 days and confirmed in writing. Export first if you want to keep a copy.

On Shopify

Uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin cuts off access to your store immediately (the token is erased) and the chat stops showing. Forty-eight hours later, Shopify asks us to erase the store's data and visitor profiles are anonymized.
