Export your conversations

As CSV or JSON, whenever you want, without asking us.

Reports → at the bottom, Export this period → CSV or JSON, for the selected period. The file contains the conversations with their messages, status, channel, dates and whatever contact details the visitor left.

What for

• The CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets: to count, sort, build a table.
• The JSON keeps the structure: for another tool, or for leaving.

One person's data

If a customer asks what you have on them, open their visitor profile: it's all there. To erase their identity, Forget this person removes name, email, phone, IP and city from the thread; the thread stays, with nobody in it. Requests that come in through Shopify are handled automatically.

You can export and then close your account: nothing stops you and nobody will call to talk you out of it.
