Service commitment

This page is written in French. The English and Spanish versions are courtesy translations: if they differ, the French version prevails.

There's no "99.9%" on this page, because we haven't measured it yet. A percentage promised before there's data is a percentage copied from somewhere else, and it breaks the first month a deployment goes wrong. Here's what we commit to doing starting today, and when the number will come.

What we do today

  • We measure in public. The status page queries the server on every load; nobody updates it by hand. If it doesn't respond, it says so.
  • We find out before you do. Every hour, a watcher picks up the server's errors and opens a task assigned to a person. An outage that lasts can't go an hour without someone knowing.
  • We back up every night. A full copy of the database, kept for 30 days.
  • We answer within one business day any request sent from the support page — it becomes a task for the team, with someone responsible for it —, and right away in this page's chat during the agency's hours.
  • You leave whenever you want, with your data. Export your conversations from the console, with no call and no form.
  • 60 days' notice before any price change, and a permanent free tier for small volumes.

What we don't promise yet

An availability percentage, a maximum recovery time and a credit in case of an outage. We'll write them here after three months of measurement, that is at the end of December 2026, with the data series next to the number — not before. A commitment we can't keep the first month costs more than no commitment at all.

What the status page doesn't cover

It measures whether our server responds and reads the database. It doesn't measure whether the bubble shows up on your store — that depends on your theme, your authorized domain and your visitor's network — or whether someone on your team is online to answer.

If there's an outage

Write to us from the support page with your site's address and the time. When there's an outage history, it will be on the status page, not in an email.
