Invite a colleague
Four roles, and the owner isn't someone you invite.
In the console, Team → type the person's email and pick their role → Invite.
The roles
- Owner — whoever created the workspace. It isn't handed out by invitation.
- Admin — sets up sites, integrations and the team, and replies to customers.
- Agent — replies to customers. Doesn't touch the settings.
- Viewer — reads everything, writes nothing. For an accountant, an intern, an agency's client.
What happens next
The person signs in at chat.krealomedia.com/app with Google, using the same email you typed, and the workspace appears. If they don't have an account yet, the invitation waits for them: it links up on its own the first time they sign in.
They get an email saying who invited them, to which workspace and with which role, with a button to open the console. If it doesn't arrive — check the spam folder —, nothing is blocked: the invitation waits anyway, and they just need to sign in with that email.
