Install Krealo Chat on Shopify

The app, not a snippet: switching themes doesn't remove it.

With the app (the right way)

1. Install Krealo Chat from the Shopify App Store, or from the install link we give you while the app isn't listed yet.
2. Sign in with your Krealo Chat account and pick your workspace (or create one).
3. Click Open the theme editor, turn on Krealo Chat under App embeds and paste the site ID shown. Save.

The site creates itself. There's nothing to type: the app asks Shopify for your domains and allows the …myshopify.com one and your own domain, with and without www.

And it survives a theme change, which is the whole point of the app. A chat pasted into theme.liquid disappears with the next theme; this one doesn't.

Check it

Open your store in a private window: the bubble is at the bottom right. If it isn't there, it's almost always because the App embed isn't turned on in the published theme (you turned it on in a draft) or the site ID was pasted wrong.

What the app asks for

Read access to products, orders and customers, and permission to register its sales pixel. No write access to your catalogue or your theme. The details are in the privacy policy.
